Refund Policy

REFUNDS

Our policy is that once you have entered, no refunds are available for any reason, medical or otherwise. However, we do recognize that unforeseen events may occur and will sometimes have the flexibility to accommodate you, if given enough warning. If notice is given up to 2 weeks before the event, we will, at our discretion, consider a 50% refund or a free transfer to another rider. If notice is given within 2 weeks, we will offer a “roll-over” of the entry fee to our next event, only if your category was below capacity. If you are no longer able to compete as a result of Cycosports changing the event details, we will do our best to provide refunds or transfers. However, when the change is forced upon us by regulations, weather or other factors beyond our control, as per our Cancellation policy, we are under no obligation to refund your entry fee.
